These (real or fake) Tarot cards are always interesting pieces of art. The characters in them are depicted in stylised poses, and I think you've captured this essence in your cards. To be picky, though, the name of the card is only displayed on the bottom and the number at the top.

Twilight looks good here, I like her facial expression and posture. Being a stylised theme, I think a less show-faithful take on the magical glow would've been more suitable and interesting. This basic one's just fine, though.

The colours aren't very good, frankly. I understand you've gone with a faded look for the card, but it could have been more interesting with some crisper and more distinct colours. You could've used real Tarot cards for reference. The book looks a bit dull too: why not have a thick, aged tome with ornamental covers?

Some additional decoration, such as an interesting background (like in the real cards) would have added a lot to this picture. In conclusion, it's a nice idea and composition, but I think studying real Tarot cards for reference (whilst retaining your own style and vision) would have helped you make this much better.
What do you think?

Nice. The texture and her expression give this a very archaic feel and that is really neat. This seems like something you would see engraved in a Renaissance church

That is what I am talking about, Energetic at the start, and a little calm in THE END.
