Trixie: A lost reflection

And i finally finished my Trixie drawing, using the two Trixie drawings i uploaded before in a little scene.

This scene is thought to take place after the events of the TV series when Trixie runs off after the Ursa minor spectacle. running off and coming later to a rest by a small lake, reflecting on whats happens and feeling lost...

While she really was acting quite the boasting jerk when she was in Ponyville and lied about the use major to brag some more, she wasn't that bad. People can be self centered jerks, and she seemed to be a a traveling artist making her living trough her shows.

While it doesn't excuse her for acting like a jerk it wasn't so much her fault with the Ursa minor incident and she did try to stand against it even if she know she couldn't do it. And in the end she loses her trailer and possibly everything she brought into Ponyville standing there with the blame and ire of the town. Making a last try to hold onto her "The great and powerful Trixie" persona she built for herself and runs away...

But what happens afterwards, thought about it a lot as i drew this and it makes me wonder if shes not just an insecure girl using a persona of great power to hide behind, but after the incident she lost her trailer, attire and most of all her self image...

So here she lays by the water, seeing the reflection of her persona in the surface... But is it really her anymore, or was it really ever her, what will she do now? and how?


Hope you will all like it, taken me almost a week of free time with trial and error to get it all finished, mostly due to trying a lot of new things. And i keep getting a bit sad and feeling sorry for Trixie and for drawing her like this if i look to long at it.
But its been a good drawing project and I'm happy with the end result

And indeed it kinda do, but i never really thought about that till it was mentioned, and that's one of my childhood movies i love the most xD
